                       Skill Levels
Expert   High level of knowledge, skill and abilities in the topic and is willing to provide training or information to other TSA Member staff to increase their capacity.
 
Intermediate   Basic understanding of topic but seeking or needing to increase their knowledge, skills and abilities.   Involves less experienced staff that have a specific topic within their job description and knowledge sharing would increase their capacity.  Willing to assist with training or information among TSA Member staff.
 
Novice   New staff or staff that have been assigned new job responsibilities that require training to improve on their knowledge, skill and abilities.   This may include programs  or topics TSA Member staff are either interested in for capacity development or topics that have been specifically identified within Individual Development Plans.
